Custody of baby and visitation?

I live In kirkland wa, with my husband and im currently 25 weeks pregnant. If I were to have my baby here and my husband and I divorced or seperated would he get custody of the baby and could i go back to my home state (illinois) and bring the baby with me if i got custody? ( my husband lives here, but was not born here... he was born in india) also, if I had my baby in my home state ( IL) would he be able to take the baby from me and bring it to washington. Im wondering because were having problems now and i want to have the baby in illinois but im wondering if he still can take her from me.
