Kirkland vs berto at 150, who wins?

Berto isnt a huge welterweight, he was arguably unproven at welter and lost his first real test against a guy coming up from jr welter (Ortiz is huge for the size though, he was over 160lbs come fight night) A step up in weight could be a step too far.I think Berto may have the punch power to worry Kirkland, he has KO'd a few opponents and is known as a bigger puncher than Kirklands last opponent.Kirkland is an aggresive bully of a fighter though and although Berto was not KO'd by Ortiz at times he was "bullied", I think when a fighter is bringing the pressure to Berto he wilts a bit and is not as effective as when he dictates the pace.I would see Kirland bullying Berto throughout the fight,not allowing Berto to find any rythym and winning by UD.
