Is this Kirkland "Adult" Dog Food a good & "safe" kibble to feed to my 6 week old rottweiler "puppies"?

Please just critique "this" food & don't recommend any other brands & types of food,I know they are better options out there..BUT I'm asking about this one because given my present location & situation this seems to be one of the best options.
