Anyone program in Dr. Scheme/ Racket?

I'm on section 15 in the How To Design Programs (htdp . org) book that uses Dr. Scheme/ Racket and I am stuck on the problem how-far-removed. If anyone could help me I would be super grateful, I am really struggling. Thanks! 10 points best answer
