Where can I get a t-shirt printed with a phrase in Russian in Seattle or Bellevue, WA?

I'd like to get a tee-shirt printed with the phrase безродный космополит printed on the front and back. It means 'rootless cosmopolitan', a little in-joke my girlfriend and I share. I'd especially like a place that does one-off printing, since I don't need 100 of them, only four or five. I live in Kirkland, but would be willing to go as far as South Seattle or Everett to get this done.
